Being Compassionate

Compassion: Feeling your pain in my heart.
Here is how you can become a compassinate person.
Be Sensitive:-Phil 4:2
Being aware of other peoples’ feelings and/or being interested in them.
Be Supportive:-Prov 15:4
Build people up, support each other.
Be Sympahetic:-Rom 2:14-15
Be there with people, strive to be present, as in be a person who’s there for the sake of being supportive-be a person who when around you are with you.

Being Straightforward: Prov 27:6

Tough love, let people know how you think and feel, express yourself-ongea.

Being Spontaneous: Gal 6:9-10
As often as you have the chance, do good to others.

ConPolicy?

Having been “simplified”, I called my insurance policy company to notify them on my account status, see with regular salary/income you can set your priorities right.
Since I’ll be doing freelance work and as you all know startups are abit tricky, and I’ll basically put in more money before I start getting benefits from the investment.

So I call the company and ask,
“I have invested for one year, never late… bla bla bla, so how much can I claim?”

Company rep: “Nothing.”

Nothing! that’s like 30k(Its not much but it can go a long way towards advertising) gone down the drain… I just shut up and thanked the lady.

I’ll go re-read my contract and see what to do next…..

Hire

I am actively looking for an IT position in Nairobi and/or any part of Kenya. I am also willing to consider contracts and projects from all over the world.
My main skills are Web Designer/Developer and Systems Support (CV available on kazitools)

I’ll gladly send you the CV password.

Karibu

I’ve been away for a while. Its because of what I call challenges. Challenges that must be met.
Firstly I got a new twin sim phone, but I exhanged it for a single sim phone. I can be found on either Zain or Safaricom.

H Anger 2

I decided to express my H Anger here, as soon as possible, because bottling it up won’t help, plus I need space for new challenges.
I realy give little or no symphathy to the starving Kenyans. There, there….
I ate yellow maize in 1986 and I can still smell the taste. Had we planted trees back in 1986, some of the 10 million kenyans would’ve not starved.
Had we sought alternative eating habits, some of the dying kenyans would be alive today.
So today, make a change, try something new on your diet, plant a tree, I always do that whenever I go home now the trees I have planted are all grown up n used for other stuff apart from attracting rain…
Lets stop waiting for the rain, lets make the good things happen to us,
Lets stop waiting for the government because the sooner you realise that they don’t care about you, the sooner yeou’ll be free!

H Anger

Here is the situation, 10 million Kenyans are Starving! Our Government Doesn’t seem to know this, Corrupt Mps are re-instated after millions has been spent on ‘Commission of Enquiry’….

So much going on, so so much going on that I wonder where I’ll take my anger to. Do you have suggestions or I’m just working myself up for nothing?

You got any suggestions on where I can take my anger?

Pass parameters to a php script

Whoosh!
Almost there!
Here’s how to use the GET method to pass parameters to a php script when it’s invoked via <a http://…> tag.
In your form and/or script use $_GET['make']; instead of $_POST['make'];
An example http://www.mywebsite/test.php?make=new
I know you can use $_POST but I’ve not tested it. something like
extract($_POST); and instead of $_POST['make'];
you use $make;
Got other methods? Please test for me and let me know.

2 OH! 9

Hello All,

They year 2009 is here. I didn’t make any resolutions because the ones I made last year are still in excellent condition. Please don’t get me wrong, I will have to scale up alittle bit and make them happen.

I had many many successes as well as failures in 2008, and I’ve grown.
